NYSC Mobilization Timetable 2026: Batch A, B, and C Full Schedule

If you are waiting for NYSC mobilization or trying to know when your batch will start, this timetable will help you keep track of all the important dates.

Every batch, some PCMs miss registration dates, call-up letter printing, or camp reporting simply because they were not following the timetable closely. Missing a deadline in NYSC can easily push you to another batch, and that could mean waiting for months.

The timetable contains all the major activities in the mobilization process, from senate list uploads and online registration to call-up letter printing and orientation camp.

Before we look at the timetable, keep one thing in mind. NYSC can adjust dates at any time. If any date changes, I will update this page. You should also confirm important dates on the official NYSC portal before making travel plans.

What is the NYSC Mobilization Timetable?

The NYSC mobilization timetable is simply a schedule that shows the important activities and dates every prospective corps member needs to keep an eye on during the mobilization process.

It contains dates for senate list submission, online registration, call up letter printing, orientation camp, and other key stages leading up to service.

If you are planning to serve with a particular batch, paying attention to the timetable is very important. Every stage of the mobilization process has a deadline, and missing one can mean waiting for the next batch before you can continue.

That is why many graduates check the timetable regularly once mobilization activities begin. It helps you know what is happening, when it is happening, and what you need to do next.

NYSC Batch A Timetable 2026

Batch A is usually the first mobilization batch of the year. If your school completed its mobilization process early enough, there is a good chance you fell into this batch.

Stream 1

Online Registration: Early February 2026

Call-Up Letter Printing: February 10 to 14, 2026

Orientation Camp: February 15 to March 6, 2026

Stream 2

Online Registration: March to April 2026

Call-Up Letter Printing: April 13 to 16, 2026

Orientation Camp: April 17 to May 7, 2026

Batch A Stream 2 has already ended. If you were part of it, you should already be at your PPA by now.

NYSC Batch B Timetable 2026

This is the batch most waiting graduates are paying attention to right now.

Stream 1

Online Registration: June 1 to 7, 2026

Call-Up Letter Printing: June 20 to 25, 2026

Orientation Camp: June 26 to July 16, 2026

The camp is expected to open around June 2026, but you should keep checking the NYSC portal for any official update or adjustment.

Stream 2

Online Registration: August 10 to 20, 2026

Call-Up Letter Printing: August 25 to 27, 2026

Orientation Camp: August 28 to September 17, 2026

A lot of graduates who missed Batch A usually end up in Batch B, either because their results came out late or their mobilization was not completed in time.

NYSC Batch C Timetable 2026

Batch C is usually the last mobilization batch of the year and is often divided into two streams because of the large number of graduates waiting to serve.

Stream 1

Online Registration: October 2026

Call-Up Letter Printing: October 2026

Orientation Camp: October to November 2026

Stream 2

Online Registration: November 2026

Call-Up Letter Printing: November 2026

Orientation Camp: November to December 2026

If you miss Batch B, Batch C will likely be your next opportunity for mobilization.

What Happens at Each Stage?

A lot of PCMs know the dates but are not exactly sure what happens at each stage. Here is a simple breakdown:

Senate List Upload

This is where everything starts.

Your school uploads the names of eligible graduates to the NYSC portal before registration opens. If your name is not on the Senate List, you cannot register for NYSC.

That is why it is important to check the Senate List early and follow up with your school’s Student Affairs or Mobilization Officer if something is wrong.

Online Registration

Once registration opens, you log in to the NYSC portal, fill in your details, upload the required documents, and make payment through Remita if necessary.

Do not wait until the last day. The portal is usually slower when thousands of people are trying to register at the same time.

Call-Up Letter

This is the document everyone waits for.

Your call-up letter shows your state of deployment, camp address, reporting date, and other important details. Once it is released, download it, print it in colour, and keep it safe.

Medical Fitness Certificate

Before travelling to camp, make sure you get your medical fitness certificate from a government hospital or any hospital accepted by NYSC.

Do not leave this until the last minute. Sort it out before your camp date.

Orientation Camp

This is the three-week camp programme that officially starts your service year.

Expect drills, lectures, registration, SAED programmes, social activities, and plenty of early mornings. The days may feel long, but the three weeks usually go by faster than most people expect.
